Itejiro Commends Onoriode Agofure On His Vibrant and Brilliant Leadership Ideas In TheTransport Ministry

A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Secretary General of Ovwiamuge Community in Agbarho Town, Comrade Itejiro Okotie has commended Hon Onoriode Agofure, Honourable Commissioner for Transport, for his vibrant leadership and brilliant ideas in rebranding the transportation sector in the state.

Comrade Itejiro Okotie is a grassroot party faithful from Agbarho Town, who has huge confidence in the administration of Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori , Governor of Delta State, to do more for all Deltans and provide meaningful development across the state.

Speaking to a news correspondent at an event in Ovwiamuge recently, Itejiro Okotie extolled the leadership charisma and political will of the former Deputy leader of Ughelli North Legislative Arm, and 2023 Ughelli North Constituency ll Delta State House of Assembly Candidate, Hon. Onoriode Agofure, noting that he’s a young man with so much to offer.

In less than 13 months in office, Hon Onoriode Agofure, has transformed the Transport Ministry with brilliant and excellent ideas and initiative that caught the eyes of the Governor for immediate implementations because they’re people driven ideas, impactful and critical measures to save lives and property.

Some of the executed projects are establishment of Taskforce on Road Transport with modern technology gadgets, procurement of modern passport 19 200hp boat, training of staff and stakeholders interactive meeting to enhance capacity building and knowledge – skills.

Also the construction of jetties, canalization and removal of obstruction in the riverine communities to reduce waterways accident. He provided quality service skills to staff and management of Delta line transport company for efficiency and safe travels of passengers.

In the same light, Hon Onoriode Agofure ‘s endearing political pedigrees and contributions to the good people of Agbarho Ward, Ughelli North LGA and Delta State as a whole, has earned him huge commendations and goodwill

He has also done well in his humanitarian services, community development initiative, youth and women empowerment scheme and his unwavering commitment to the peace, unity and progress of our great party, PDP, Itejiro Okotie asserted.
